At the heart of this bathroom is a vanity designed to look as though it has lived another life.
BEAUTIFUL BATHS
The view came first. From the soaking tub, the New Mexico landscape becomes the defining feature of this primary bathroom—and the inspiration for a barrel-vaulted shower that feels both deeply rooted in regional architecture and remarkably fresh.
Walk into this primary bath and the eye travels straight to the freestanding tub and the large window beyond it.
“People have realized the benefit of creating that spa experience in their personal, everyday space,” designer Lisa Samuel says.
This bathroom makes a compelling argument against demanding too much attention from the bones of a room.
