Lou Sr., now a broker for 22 years, built the company’s first home as his own and has kept with the philosophy that every home built by Rolla Homes should be above code standards, just as if it were for himself. With a practical eye for detail and a desire to deliver a high-quality product, Lou Sr. works individually with clients to create their dream home. Lou Jr., with almost two decades of construction experience, still spends most of his day in the field personally managing projects that range from 2,000 square feet to almost 8,000 square feet. Cindy Canales, who has worked with her father since the late nineties, supervises the day-to-day aspects of the business. Rolla Homes has accrued a long history of awards and accolades from within the building industry and from clients. In fact, each of their Homes of Enchantment Parade entries has been an award-winner since 2002. |
