Parr home

The house is located on 1.3 acres in Pima County. About 30 percent of the land is declared natural open space. We will manipulate a little of the rest of it and create a very small walled area. Our landscape designer is Scott Calhoun of Zona Gardens. Our builders were Dave and Vicki Rath of Meadowbriar Homes in Tucson. The house was definitely custom but based on a plan they had built before.
